The purpose of communication is to share your experience with the other person. But this is impossible. Other person will never be able to understand exactly what we want to say - we have not learned to read thoughts yet or to live the life of another person. Two people always understand the same phrase differently. However, we can greatly raise effectiveness of our communication, knowing this process and elements worth to pay attention in reaching desired result in communication.  

The purpose and objectives of the training:

Gain knowledge in areas related to communication. Improve communication skills. Work out different styles of communication, both verbal and nonverbal. Effectively use key elements in communication: feedback, "complex equivalents”, habits of communication of your partner. After the training you will be offered a long-term program on development of effective communication skills.

Communication is the base of work of any manager. Leaders at all times are united by at least one feature - ability to achieve results in communication with others, to lead, to understand thoughts, desires and aspirations of different people. This training gives you an opportunity to obtain communication skills typical of the most successful leaders. We will learn how negotiators react to different combinations of verbal and nonverbal communication, how to consciously build communication, avoiding possible "reefs", how basing on the reaction of the interlocutor in the dialogue to achieve pre-set goals.
