I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to “Pucelik Consulting Group” and its leading expert Frank Pucelik for organizing and conducting the training program “Professional processes, procedures and protocol in business”. I’m delighted to admit high level of organization, skills and professionalism of the trainer, consistency, clarity and good structure of the information.

The most significant value of the training in my opinion lay in the amount of practical recommendations and techniques obtained in the process of learning combined with an individual approach to each student.

Frank’s vast experience and unique style allowed everybody to participate actively, join discussions freely and share experience.

Everyone who  attended the training found an opportunity to get together with people of similar views, receive positive energy, which is so necessary in the process of reorganizing business, when you have to  take any resistance out of the way (as the saying goes: “forgive them since they don’t know what they’re doing”.  The training lets you work out conduct rules, protocol and procedures, analyze details, business elements that serve as important links in business processes. I’d like to express my gratitude to the PCG team and say special thanks to the translators for the emotional and high-quality translation.
